At Franklin Smith, we believe in fostering an environment where every student can thrive. As your principal, I am committed to ensuring that each child feels valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential. Our school community understands that learning is a journey, and we approach each day with grace and accountability. We encourage our students to learn from their experiences, embrace challenges, and grow both academically and personally.
Franklin Smith educators are determined to discover the genius in all. Every student has unique talents and abilities. Our mission is to discover and nurture the genius in each child, helping them to shine in their own special way. This is achieved through the work of Leader in Me. We integrate the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People in our daily routines. This program empowers students to develop leadership skills, build strong character, and become proactive, responsible individuals.
In addition, we are dedicated to ensuring student success through comprehensive support systems. Our academic triage provides targeted assistance to help students overcome academic challenges, while our social emotional triage offers resources and guidance to support their emotional well-being.
